A warning, this is not an exchange. Bitpanda sets the price, they have hidden transaction fees (they say that they do not have them), but when pressuring the service desk they admitted that they do have transaction fees, but she is not allowed to disclose them. I tested it, so the fees for purchase was about 2,2% and to sell was again 2% (exchange to fiat), and send funds out of the service to a new bitcoin address was 7% !
I do not recommend you to use this service at all. They are not transparent with the fees and exchange rates. Keeping in mind that in Europe it is free to send funds between banks up to 10k €, and the transfer will be pretty much instant. Therefore in my eyes this service is a total fraud. BTW. This applies for several phone apps as well, with huge transaction fees. So, check it before using it.
